With handsome femininity, Mol Sullivan’s music swoons feathery and punches low. Her songs- each a poetic exposé of messy and brilliant humanity- range from bedroom-pop lullabies to alt-country rock tunes, drenched in vinegary twang. In 2023, she released her first swirling and luscious EP, A Little Helloon Ruination Record Co. Her debut studio LP, GOOSE, (prod. Sima Cunningham [Finom fka Ohmme]) was unveiled in early 2024 to appropriate acclaim. Her work has been featured on Bandcamp’s Essential Releases, KCRW’s Top Tune of the Day, and spent six weeks on the NACC Top 200 Chart (peaking at #22). This year, Sullivan  spent several months on the road as the newest member of WHY? and contributed to their latest album, The Well I Fell Into (2024).

If you’re in the market for some fresh music to drum up nostalgia for 90s Top 40 Americana-pop, you’re in luck. Sullivan is charming, witty, and wildly personal- a bowl of milk, deserving every single lap of a parched tabby’s tongue.

Nicole Tester is a singer/songwriter based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Her eclectic indie folk sound pulls from the roots of the Appalachian mountains where she was raised, intertwined with modern indie folk/rock/pop influences. Balancing wit and humor with introspection and insight, she is sure to cover a vast expanse of emotional ground with her lyrics and expressive voice. Her songs serve as a way to tell stories, process experiences, and simultaneously attempt to find common ground to connect with others.

Realistic Weather is the solo project of Beau Borek, a California-born, Durham-based singer and songwriter. Beau’s songs are prayers for a better world, an effort to build joy and solidarity on our beautiful, choking planet.
