Queer Community Healing Day
Free Queer Community Healing Day @ the Pinhook December 10, 2022 8:00am-3:00pm Community care is essential. Let’s take some time to heal together through movement, meditation, body work, art, and community. All classes, body work, and herbal tinctures are FREE. Come a little early to set up for movement and meditation classes. Space is limited, but we will do our best to accommodate EVERYBODY. There will be sign up sheets available the day of for acupuncture, massage, and myofascial release. Art supplies, writing materials, and prompts from local artists will be available all day at the bar. Compassion Access will be there from 11am-3pm with herbal tinctures and ear seeds. Anna Dewitt will be taking free headshots and pictures from 8:30-10am Please come by and participate in any or all of the activists or just come and hang out with us. *Please bring a yoga mat or towel for Pilates, Meditation, and Yoga. *Please wear loose fitting clothing for acupuncture. *Please wear clothing that exposes arms and legs to your comfort for massage and myofascial release. *Mask required. Durham For All Presents: The Get Down
Come celebrate and have fun with Durham for All at “The Get Down: End of Year Celebration”. 2022 has been full of ups and downs but we could not think of a better way to close out the year than with a night of fun, food, and fellowship! The night will include trivia, karaoke, and plenty of chances to win prizes. Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.
