GrrrlBands is a Carrboro-based community music program that brings women and gender-expansive adults together to form bands, build musical skills, and perform live no matter their experience level. Through instructor-led rehearsals and collaborative learning, participants rediscover their creative voices while forming supportive, multigenerational musical communities.

Each season culminates in a high-energy showcase where these newly formed bands take the stage and celebrate the artists who inspire them.

This show features GrrrlBands performing music by iconic artists including The Go-Go’s, No Doubt, Haim, Japanese Breakfast, Big Thief, and Amyl and the Sniffers.
